World of Warcraft (WoW) is a massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) developed by Blizzard Entertainment. It was released in 2004 and is the fourth game set in the Warcraft universe.



In WoW, players create a character and embark on adventures and quests in a vast fantasy world called Azeroth. They can choose from several races and classes, each with unique abilities and strengths, and team up with other players to complete tasks and defeat enemies.


The game features a rich storyline, challenging dungeons and raids, and a variety of gameplay modes, including PvP combat, pet battles, and player housing. Players can also craft items, trade with other players, and join guilds to socialize and tackle challenges together.

WoW has received numerous expansions over the years, adding new content, areas, and features to the game. It has a large and active player base and is considered one of the most successful and influential MMORPGs of all time.
